Sun Belt Cities Continue to Boom
Johnston County was the fastest-growing county in North Carolina between 2010 and 2020, and it continues to welcome new residents to the area. A new Zillow report named two North Carolina cities among the hottest in the housing market in 2022. Raleigh came in at #3 and Charlotte at #5 when compared to the 50 largest metros in the country.
The area continues to see new housing communities developing, and home values are predicted to continue rising by as much as 21% through November.
